The festival is organized by women who make up the commonness group "Women Entrepreneurs in the Cookery Cojutepecana", which contains fourteen partner; this is a project with a gender focus. This group of women have joined together to provide an income for their families and bring all the flavour of the food Cojutepecana, their handicrafts and beverages, to tourists who visit the fresh and panoramic hill Las Pavas and the Grotto of Our Virgin of Fatima. |

This commonness group has nearly four years of working together, every Sunday during the year, including holidays, organizing their festival gastronomy achieving all this time in recognition for his work, taste and quality in their products.
