The atol is a drink that dates back to ancient times. The word is meant Atol drink prepared corn and water. Atol seed cashew nut This drink is prepared based on the seeds of fruit cashew nut, which is roasted and ground. This is prepared jointly with cow's milk, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Atol Pineapple This drink is prepared based pineapple, water, peppermint, cinnamon and Panela sweet. The pineapple is prepared and cooked with all these ingredients until you get the consistency you want.
Atol of Corn This is a very traditional drink in our country. It prepares the basis of fresh corn, which is added to milk, cinnamon and sugar.
Atol Corn roasted This drink is similar to Atol of corn; the difference is that it is prepared with dried corn kernels, which is roasted and ground. Then it is boiled with milk, cinnamon, allspice and sugar.
Banana Atol This drink is prepared based green banana. These bananas are marinated in salt, and then are ground and boiled with the other ingredients: water, salt, allspice, cinnamon and Panela sweet.
Atol of Piñuela This drink is prepared with the fruit of Pinal which is used as a fence in the countryside, which is small and its fruits appear bulbs and are given in the form of segments. Piñuela These are cut from one end and cooked. Following are prepared with water, milled rice, Panela, cinnamon, allspice and salt.
Atol Shuco This is the oldest traditional atol. In Náhuat language is its meaning atol fact fermented corn. His is flavour sour and a bit salty. It has a colour dirty appearance. This drink is prepared corn black, which is roasted. When roasted and this is left resting for several hours, before being ground. When this is ground until it reaches its boiling point.
